Your face in space

The event was hosted by Radio 1 DJ Clara Amfo who introduced Cara Delevingne as she revealed her playful first SpaceSelfie. The occasion was commemorated with an epic group selfie featuring A-list attendees, taken by Cara herself on her Galaxy S10, going one step further from the most famous selfie taken in 2014 on a Samsung Galaxy Note3 at the Oscars by Ellen DeGeneres.

Guests had the opportunity to take their selfies on three bespoke selfie stations: floating in space under zero gravity, travelling at light speed in a warp tunnel or with their star sign shining in the sky. This selfie was later displayed on a Galaxy S10 5G having the planet earth as backdrop and then sent back down for its owner to share on social media. The space-themed night was spiced up with cosmic tunes from DJ Beat a Maxx and matched with celestial food and cocktails like 'Meteor buns' or 'Cosmic Sunrises' from Kitchen Theory.

This mission was led by Creative Director Kate Lynham, which I was entrusted to pilot the last few weeks.
